Cadfan Developments is a family run business founded by Ian & Adrian Butler, both of whom have been in the construction industry since leaving school; Ian having trained as a Site Manager whilst Adrian trained as a Carpenter.

Both rapidly progressed in their respective careers, Ian managing his first construction site at the age of 21 and Adrian project managing for a major construction based company in Dubai.

Ian has spent the last 20 years within Project & Contracts Management for major residential developers within the South West as well as successfully completing many house renovations and new builds of his own.

Adrian progressed his career in Project Management which culminated in him successfully owning and running an interior fit-out company for 8 years in Dubai.

In 2007, the brothers successfully embarked on a long overdue ambition to run and manage their own projects within the South West, establishing Cadfan Developments with an aim to provide top quality construction and project management services that would stand the test of time.

Whilst working for the South West major residential developers Ian has won numerous NHBC Awards for outstanding quality and site management.

He has also achieved a National Developers Award for outstanding quality of management & customer service.
