Cherry Tree Cottage

A delightful stone 4-bed detached house built under contract for our Clients, a retired couple from Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

A most enjoyable project for Cadfan, taken from design through to completion which included management of pile foundations & ground beams and additional installation of a ground conservatory on the rear elevation. An unusal, but clever, design of a glass roof across the front of the kitchen.

Finished internally to a high standard with high quality materials & features chosen by our Clients. These include; full height tiling to bathrooms, built in wardrobes, bi-fold doors to lounge bay and engineered oak flooring to much of the ground floor.
